Story:
Leica, her mother and siblings live in KAMABUYE sector where they came from KIGALI. In KAMABUYE they stay in relatives. The father is in jail since 2020, and that is the main reason to shift from Kigali to KAMABUYE. The father was a nurse but after committing some crimes and being imprisoned, the family couldn’t have other means to survive because the mother had no job. The mother of Leica has no job but sometimes she washes clothes for other people and earn some money to help children. The mother also suffers from blood pressure. The relatives support them but not much. They struggle to have food, joining school and other needs. Leica performs well at school but she really needs support for continuing her studies well.
