Robert lives in the Kamabuye Sector with his father and siblings. Their mother left the family and remarried in Uganda due to ongoing family conflicts. The father later married another woman, but they do not live together; she resides in a house nearby. The family owns a house and land, which they use to grow crops for their own consumption. While the father provides for the family, his income is not sufficient to meet all their needs, including the children’s education. Robert performs well in school despite these challenges.
